Nothing is needed.
Purpose
This is a very fast and easy to play game. This allows your participants to learn a lot about one another relatively quickly. It puts small groups against one another that puts pressure onto your participants to try their best. It is also incredibly easy for this game to be expanded and changed to meet the needs of your current situation.
Demonstration / Guide
First split the entire group into two different teams. The more various lines I can get the better I know that this game is gonna run.
The goal is for each one of the lines to be able to order themselves faster than the other line.
So if there are 5 people in each team, I would ask them to "organize by height” and both lines would have to organize themselves from tallest to shortest. Whichever group is able to do it first, is the winner.
Some optional questions that you can ask.
Birthdays (Bonus points if there are overlapping months, and they get the correct days) Number of siblings, shoe size, age, favorite subject, job, last initials, first name, favorite soda, and much more.
This continues until the guide decides to end the game.
Optional extensions.
